Today I opened the Batman Returns Penguin figure.

The Danny Devito Penguin is a decent figure. It's heavy and durable, not extremely articulate, but that comes mainly from the bulkiness of the figure.
The Penguin includes his signature umbrella, but his hands are also quite capable of holding other weapons.
